Eligibility Criteria
1. Name of the Post: State Coordinator – COVID-19 and Ensuring Women’s Health, Wellness and Safety in Rural Spaces in the Tea Sector in Assam (Open to Indian Nationals Only)
2. Location :Guwahati, Assam, India
3. Duration of Initial Contract :One Year (Renewable subject to availability of funds)
4. Expected Duration of Assignment :One Year (Renewable subject to availability of funds)
5. Education:Minimum Secondary education. University degree in Social Sciences/ Social Work/Rural Development/Gender Studies/ Policy or related fields will be an asset.
6. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at the national/state level working with development projects including hand-on experience of design, implementation and monitoring of projects preferably in the area of violence against women and Women’s Rights.
7. Language Requirements: Fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese is required. Knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.
